We only accept returns if the products have arrived defective, damaged or if the products you have received do not match your order information. If any of those scenarios is the case you have 15 days after receiving your products to contact us at email@example.com. If we are able to confirm the issue then we will work with you on the most appropriate solution which may include facilitating a return, sending out replacement product or providing a refund.
If a refund is approved you'll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
